About this Blog

I am interested in how people search for and use information to manage their health and  how health professionals use information to do their jobs. On the flip side, I am very interested in how information, that can have an impact on health or perceptions of health, is communicated to stakeholders.   Technology plays a huge part in collecting, monitoring, storing, analyzing, presenting and delivering information.  What can we do to better understand, employ and measure the impact of new technological developments in healthcare management?  These questions underlie musings in this blog.  Postings are generally related to insights, observations and resources I come across in the course of my work as a grant writer, researcher and consultant with CD Sharp Information Sytems, Ltd, an independent information business that helps research teams, small businesses and non-profitsLogo find funding and develop clear and persuasive proposals for grant applications.
